Contacted RCBS on the 15th they replied to me today. The rep says they don't make custom dies anymore. He recommended C4HD.

I have worked with CH4D a few times. Super old school website and only order by phone but they have amazing amounts of oddballs in stock, eg: 9.3x53R Swiss and 9.3x82R Nimrod… to name a couple! Three years if you need to make custom dies from a chamber cast though

Lee will make you dies from fired cases as well.
