I recently bought a turkish clone of the Weatherby PA-08 and i'd love to through some wood furniture on it or maybe get a replacement barrel. But for the life of me I can not find any parts or accessories or anything for either the sinsinati or the weatherby it clones. So i need your help!

You could also say the weatherby is a clone of a Turkish gun. I've been having the same problem as you.
The reason is that weatherby imports complete guns, slaps its name on it and sells it. That's about the extent of their involvement with the shotguns they sell so for all I know maybe you just can't buy parts at all. That's what we get for buying Turkish.

As you note, the gun is made in Turkey. Therefore its not a clone, its the real deal.
I'm assuming you've tried contacting the importer and/or warranty depot for Weatherby in Canada? Thats where I would start... (assuming your gun is close enough)
Otherwise I would try contacting Corwin Arms. If anyone can get you parts for a turkish shotty, I'd think they'd be the ones.
