It's a receiver that is manufactured to 80% of a finished product . Which means it is not registered as a firearm

These guys are in the U.S., and as far as I know, exporting them here shouldn't be a problem since they're not classified as firearms. They also have the jig (or whatever you call it) needed to ensure you finish it correctly.
