Where Can I get a Beavertail Grip Safety for my 1911?

I need one of these for my 1911 because I got a Dlask Hammer which needs to go back deeper because the hammer hits the stock grip safety. I am looking for something in blued. Freedom ventures has one but it is a high grip it says? Would that still accommodate a "deeper" hammer?

You might want to stick with Dlask. Then you know they will match. He sells name brands as well when in stock.

No problems ordering from Brownell's. I do it all the time. The odd package gets caught in Customs if it's around $100. Anything around $50 usually just gets through with no problems. Just pick USPS Priority and put a note in the comments section to ship via USPS INTFC and the shipping cost will be. $10.55. No export papers or anything to fill out. Brownell's takes care of everything.
