I am going to change the stock on my Remington 700 SPS 223.
I notice the stock has a bit of flexing when I am trying to get it on target.
It can be a HS or a stock that has a Chassey if thats the way to spell it.
My 5R in 308 has a solid stock I think it is a Hogue stock.
Thanks
Al

If you are a bit handy then Wildcat composites would be much less and are Canadian to boot ht tp://wildcatcomposites.com/productinfo.html
I have both HS and Wildca stocks with the Wildcat being nearly as stiff as the HS but much lighter, though it doesn't have the aluminum chassis insert.

You can watch on CGN and a number of them come up for sale used between $350-$450 for the HS stock
Stocky’s sells a number and if under $500 can ship to Canada
Gary at Big Horn brings in HS stocks
If looking at a chassis you can also watch CGN for a number of products mainly different variants from MDT or go to MDT and buy new
As you have a REM 700 your options are endless
Few things you need to look at is what are you doing with the rifle and what is the main purpose?
What is your budget?
What are you trying to achieve?

Hope this helps a bit
