I'm looking at building an AR15 as I don't need the rifle immediately and I would like to have a completely custom one for myself. However CTC supplies does not have any upper part kits, just the individual parts. Is there any site where I can buy an UPK? Also, they don't seem to have any stripped lowers, where would I be able to purchase one of those as well?

Did you try Wolverine? They had FA's, dust covers and the associated parts in stock (and their DD so your getting the good ####e) when I was looking the other day. They also have DD complete lowers in stock. Try jo brook. I believe they have complete stripped upper kits.
As for the striped lowers it all depends on what your looking for. What price range? Saskatoon gun works had stripped AP lowers, try SFRC? IRG had some too I believe.
