where can i get factory .44 special ??

for use in what?- do you have a 44 special or are you looking to use it in a magnum?- if you want to go light loads in a 44 mag, it's far cheaper to use mag casings and reload to 44 spc levels- the 44 spcls loads are like super expensive and hard to find

Likely a special order for factory .44 Special. All the major manufacturers load it. Remington, Federal, Winchester.
However, like t-star says, if you're planning on shooting it out of a .44 mag, it's better to load .44 mag cases to .44 Special velocities. Saves you having to clean cast bullet lube crud out of the cylinders too.
If you have a .44 Special firearm, just order it through your local shop. Likely be a 'money up front' thing and you might get a better deal if you order a case. Or you could just order 500 cases and load 'em yourself.

I saw some factory .44 Special up at Pullen's (outside Victoria) on Sunday. Can't remember the brand, but there were a couple of boxes on the shelf.

It's totally worth it to get into reloading for .44 Magnum. It's such a versatile cartridge that there are lots of things you can try out with it from light cowboy loads to flamethrower loads. That plus factory .44 Magnum is expensive.

ddddd

Thanks to all for the great info as usual

I think Ill reload, do i need a pistol reloader to do this or just new dies for my rifle lee stuff??

If you already have a press, then all u will need are the dies, shell carrier(often included in a new die set but not always),components, data and spare time.
Good luck
dB:)
