Where can one get 2.5-inch 12 g. shotgun shells? I have no local source.

I order most of my factory loads thru prophet river. I reload most of my loads.
Modifying a lee load all 2 and use a roll crimper is fast and easy. Hulls are free at my club. I just trim them to length deprime and resize and charge on the lee load all 2 then drop an over shot card on and roll crimp with a cordless drill
