I've lately been trying to scratch an itch, a 357 pistol caliber lever action. I myself don't do any cowboy competition shooting, but who knows what I'll be doing in the future, so a 10rd tube would be preferable. For now it would be a non-22 cal plinker. Regardless I've been looking, and aside from the occasional Henry Big Boy in Brass (Can't stand it personally, plus the lack of loading gate) there isn't much available. Haven't seen a Rossi for a while, nor Winchester, nor Marlin.
I've thought about a Big Boy in Steel, but the lack of loading gate again just doesn't do it for me at the price they go for. I'm sure the quality is there, but if I'm buying a novelty gun I may as well get the function I'd prefer.
So the question is: Does anyone know where they all went? Or where are they all hiding? I think I've done a decent search of the sponsors, and not much is coming up.
Cheers all,
Al
