People have made reference to a rack hat has holes about 1/4 inch for cooking powder coated bullets nose down?

Where can I find one and what would it be called?

Another source is the dollar store wire mesh office supply section. Cut and bend to any shape you want. I still have it over a pan to catch drips.
The silicone cookie sheets at the dollar store are good for bullet baking on.

I think you are missing the the point he wants to stand them up...nose down

Cookie sheets at the dollar store already perforated with rows of evenly spaced holes for $1.25 each. The holes might need to be dia. adjusted to suit your bullet nose but easily done in minutes with a drill. I have close to a dozen of them , all customized for a certain bullet nose.
You do need to cover the pan with parchment paper and poke a hole for every bullet otherwise the melted powder will migrate to stick the bullet to the metal (the paper must fold into the pan hole as a separation barrier).

I've been to four dollar stores plus Walmart, with no luck.

The amazon one could be good, as long as I knew the size of holes.
I can make them larger, but not smaller.

Fingers, what dollar store did you get them at?

Thanks

Haven't looked or bought any for 3 years but at the time, every store close to me had a stack of them Red Deer, Lacombe and Stettler.
I will need to go to town next week and will have a look for you.

Here’s another solution. Powder coat your bullets then nose up or nose down in a similarly size factory ammo holder. For example, if you are baking 9mm bullets, use the 9mm ammo holder.
Fill 4 or 5 containers carefully, the place you parchment paper on top. Place the over tray on top. Flip the whole thing upside down, remove the 9mm holders, & all your soldiers are in line ready to go.

I'm looking for something similar as well. I'm powdercoating 8mm, 250 gr boolits so, these are long. After several attempts, I've not been able to get a tray full into the oven without having them tip over onto each other!!!
