My girlfriend needs a skeet choke for her Savage Milano 20ga.

I'm rather unfamiliar with the shotgun world. I need some advice about the best place for a canadian to get one of these. Do you just order it from briley, or would that be hindered by the state department ITAR voodoo that plagues the rest of the shooting industry? Would a canadian dealer currently stock any chokes for it?
