Im sorry if this topic has been discussed already, I can't find it in the search though.

I just ordered a lower receiver from high cal corp...70 bucks for the ATI lower...i just want a fun project to work on over the winter.

Where do you guys get your ar parts? I noticed a lot of american companies cant/wont ship over the border.

For wolverine take a look at the armalite LPK with the 2 stage trigger for something like $148, if you're considering a better than junky mil spec trigger. It's a sleeper hit, as far as I'm concerned.

brownells, amazon.com and wolverine
I never go to the lgs except when I'm really really desperate, been burned by the lgs here in Vancouver too many times, yes even the site sponsor ones, I shop online now Im done with them.

Saskatoon Gun works has a very healthy supply of parts including all the Aero upper, lowers, and COP systems.

I am building 2 at the moment and have been getting all my parts there.

Get a lot of my parts from Wolverine and Brownells as well. I just picked up a Daniel Defense LPK from Wolverine and was shocked at how good it was. No creep and a great consistent break. I have not felt a better milspec trigger anywhere. My ATI OMNI came with a great little trigger as well.

While cruising around Brownells' site, you can enable the "avail outside U.S." feature on the left side drop down menu, under special filters. This will only show what can be sent by them w/out being an ITAR regulated product.
