One is a charter challenge, the 2 others aren't, not really sure where you'd fit in. But contacting them might prove useful, if you haven't already.

Isn't the whole point of an OIC, that it doesn't require debate? The debate was over (something familiar about that phrase) when C71 was passed. Apparently it gave them the authority to ban anything they want , but not to implement compensation or grandfathering. Those will require debate, which won't happen before the clock runs out in 2 years.
 
Actually C-71 would have prevented this OIC! Remeber it said all classification authority would be with the experts not politicians. Though C-71 passed the articles of the act were not brought into force. As of now C-71 is a hollow shell.
