Can't you legally only have 10000 primers at any one time?

That's for Imperial primers. You can have up to 50,000 metric primers........

federal primers are impossible to get...all the suppliers we deal with at work are all out

I just picked up 5K no problems. Mainly becasue they are slightly more expensive than Winchester.

Ya, Wholesale in Calgary has tons back in stock(Winchester). They have all sizes and come with the new price increase as a bonus.....About $3/K above previous.
