Where in Canada can I get Lyman 429667 cast bullets?

I'd like to get some .430 Lyman 429667 cast bullets to shoot in my S&W 44 Russian. Bullet Barn sells a similar bullet, but the BHN is 25. I'd like something that is softer, which I'm guessing is around 12 or 13. Maybe even pure lead?

Is there any place in Canada where I can purchase such a bullet?
