Not sure aboyt the whole package, but the chassis looks to be a variation of the MDT ESS chassis. And the stock appears to be a magpul prs.

Mdt sells the chasis directly off their website.

I got my 110BA in 338LP from Cabela's. They also have same rifle chambered in 300wm. But all of them are black, not in this kinda bronze tone. Pretty sure you can get the chassis from MDT, I got a couple of them for my Ruger rifles.
