like the title says, I am having a hard time finding an air rifle more powerfull then a .22 at 600fps or so, most of the sites I find that stock air rifles with ~1000fps only ship to the states

can anyone point me in the right direction?

preferably I would like to find one small caliber and another larger caliber at the highest velocity available for something I can recharge by hand (ie no CO2 type rifles)

If u are considering per charged pneumatic then look at an Air Force Condor. U can change out the barrel for different lengths and calibers. (.177,.20,.22&.25)

It is obnoxiously loud however.

Can someone explain to me why one wouldn't just consider a .22lr at this point? Just wondering.....

For the sport, e.g. Field Target, or if you need low power, e.g. pests inside a barn.

I agree with you that if it is power that is needed, .22lr is a better choice. Higher end air rifles like the Condor, along with all the accessories (pumps, connectors, scuba tanks etc) give much less bang-for-buck than a decent .22.
In the US, the regulations make air rifles an attractive option. In Canada, a >500 fps air rifles still needs a PAL, so .22lr becomes a good option very quickly.

Specialty Shooting Sports Outdoors has great prices and great service. Highly recommended.

Most powerful production rifle is the Dragon Claw I believe.

.50 cal 230ft/lbs

I fired a 45 caliber that was pushing 500 grain slugs!!! That thing hit with quite a bit of authority. Somewhere around 400 to 500 fpe. Not regular production, but in the same price range. Takes 6 to 12 months to get one.

As for other rifles, I have a Diana 52, side cocking springer. 177 at 1200 fps (chronographed). Consider a springer, not quite as powerful as some PCP, but then no tank or pumping ever, which makes a difference if you are going to be shooting a lot.

Available through the suppliers listed.

The shot is steel, so is hard on the barrel.
Rifling reduces your effective range from about 10 feet to 5.
50 cents a shot vs. 2 cents for pellets.
Pellets don't have empty cases to pick up.

the shot is lead not steel BTW ive shot countless rounds of federal and winchester crimped shot in my cooey no damage and it does well on rats, mice, sparrows, starlings in barns

I don't even think if you fired .22 LR bird shot at a frying egg, that you would even break the yolk... maybe pepper it... bout it.

CCI #12 birdshot /.22 in the attic of a machine shed sure flattened several dozen pigeons at about 20 ft.................Harold
