I see this banner:
"Email conversation notifications" under "preference" - if this is set to "NO", your account will not receive email notification when someone private messages/starts a conversation with you concerning your equipment exchange ads. We recommend setting this to "YES" if active in the equipment exchange.

Where do I find preferences?

Hi Ian,

Beside the CGN banner at the very top of the screen you will see a purple circle with an I in it.

Click on that.

Near the bottom left of the pop up window, click preferences;



Hope that makes sense! Right above where it says 'log out' in the bottom left of the pop up window

Click your name on the top banner
Select Preferences
Make sure the box beside receive email alerts for private conversation has a check mark in it
Don't forget to hit Save at the bottom
