Where oh Where One Piece 30 mm Scope Mount with offset for red dot

Hi everyone, need some advice to find a one piece unit that can mount a 30 mm scope as well as a red dot, quick acquisition sight. Any brands or suppliers info greatly appreciated. Will be going on a LMT MWS 308.

We can also provide the Cadex one piece with RDS mount.
