You have to look at the used firearm market now. Some might come up on the EE, otherwise gunshows or maybe a gunstore if you are lucky.

Post a WTB in the EE Milsurps Section.

Back in '10 & '11 they were changing hands left right and centre...I sold 3 of the 5 that I had.

Ellwood epps just sold one for 450. I don't think it was on their web site for more that an hour.

Used market, unfortunately. While they are without a doubt the nicest Mosins you can buy, the prices are still rather hefty for what they are, IMO. They aren't exactly rare, however, so if you want one you'll find one.
