Well obviously you do, since you think it'll be an AK look-alike and base your whole opinion of the situation off of that speculative fact.

I could've bet a 20$ you'd say that. When its not available, it'll be prohib...when it is available, its either too scarce or too expensive....

One has to wonder, are you happy about anything when it comes to firearms?

I rest my case, you have once again proven that the only thing that drives you to discuss anything is negativity. Pretty sad.

I am very happy with my cz with my ar and my hk pistol. Same goes for my ruger 1022 and savage mkii, and savage model 10.

UT claimed it will look like an ak, and then TW gave them #### for it. Weird I wonder what it will look like lol.

And no moronic things like pure aesthetics mean very little things, only idiots decide things purely by looks, function before form always.

Now off you go monkey my entertainment awaits

Whether scarce or expensive I don't know, what I do know is that nobody has released any major information on it other than calibers, and a speculation on how much they will charge for it. as a 7.62x39 no it wouldn't replace a cz. If 5.45 is available for cheap, I will consider it. But dont expect me to hop around like a fool for a rifle that no one is even sure is coming into this country.

The main point remains ; you don't even know what the gun is nor looks like. No one here does. You keep comparing it to other guns as if you knew they fit the same profile.

There are horror stories with new guns like the T97 and others. But people here seem to forget very quickly that lots of cool guns get cleared and are still here for the whole community to enjoy. BRS-99, skorpion, ACR, XCR, FAMAE SAF, FRB, you name it.

And lets not forget that although some of them are under scrutiny due to importation #### ups, they haven't been prohibited.

So. Whats really premature is you thinking that this gun will 100% be prohibited without even knowing ANYTHING about the platform.

But if you want to assume that every cool firearm is eventually going to get banned, well, just sell all your guns, give up, and find a new hobby.

The source of leaked information indicated an Ak type rifle, in fact a Tantal like rifle. That description has changed/disappeared. So you're right, no one really knows what the design of this rifle is which begs the question. Why would anyone get all hot under the collar over an undisclosed design in an undetermined calibre that hasn't had an FRT issued yet? Sounds like the foolish behavior if you ask me. As Ztunelover pointed out, this kind of hype turned let down isn't the first time..

Isn't an undetermined calibre Trigger Wholesale stated their rifles will be in 7.62 and 5.45

Alright then. One semi cheap caliber and one nearly impossible to support caliber. Atleast that question is out of the way.

Tdc

My bet is that even if all your questions were answered, you'd still find something to ##### about.

Mark my words.

If it's a hunk of crap yes, yes i will. If it turns out to be good, I will buy one with my own money, GRANTED, this thing comes into the country in the first place. I am more interested in who would be bringing in 5.45x39. Because I might just be wrong, but it's unlikely to have any viable merits over a cz in 7.62x39(keyword unlikely not impossible), that being said a cz is getting harder and harder to find, and csa seems to be having major problems. If I see increasing support for 5.45x39 and very inexpensive surplus ammo coming here, and granted this is a quality rifle I will in all likelyhood be getting one.

Well ^^^^ that just proves that TDC is ztunelover which many people have suspected before, as they always support each others posts and have the same attitude towards everything

Whatever floats your boat boss, one key difference, TDC runs a glock, I'm a HK guy :) Not necessarily the same thing. But hey think what you want, nobody will stop you. Maybe you can ask the mods or admins to look into it, if you are so concerned. If I am the same guy it can be tracked down, and this account will be shut down if it's a dud account.

Classified under different criteria. AR was slated for prohibited but left restricted to allow its use in service rifle matches. The others were not yet in country otherwise would have been prohibited and we wouldn't have any of them.

There isn't any. Why is the ar restricted when acr, cz, or for now swiss isn't?

Why not reclassify it as non res now? Still following the stupid 18.5inch barrel length.

There's nothing particularily rare about 5.45x39.

Along with the surplus, and we should be able to get 7N10 ammo, unlike the U.S., there's also a bunch of civy market Russian options as well as Hornady's stuff.

I just don't know whether I'll go for it or stick with 7.62x39, I've shot a fair bit of 5.45 and like the round but its not a given that I'd go with it.

I'm going to wait to see how the rifle performs. if the 5.45 is ultra cheap and everywhere why not I might just go for one.

I read this entire silly thread, in the hopes of actually seeing a picture of this mistery rifle(a non restricted, non-AK-74) and nothing; I only wish people posted when they had actual information on this.

Did you not read the part that trigger isn't releasing anything other than what calibers it would be available in for the next 10 days? You can always request the mods lock the thread.
