where to buy 10/22 replacement/upgrade parts in canada

anyone know where to buy ruger 10/22 parts in Canada
I need to rebuild the bolt after many thousands of rounds and can only find American dealers and none will ship to Canada
I wouldn't mind trying some good quality aftermarket parts so they don't have to be ruger

Dlask makes his own replacement stuff.

sometimes wanstals sells TacSol stuff, but few and far between.
