Where to buy a Picatinny rail for H&R Handi Rifle

I'm looking for a picatinny style rail for a NEF / H&R Handi Rifle. I have a weaver style rail, but I'm hoping a picatinny style rail will give me more options to mount an optic.

I tried to order one in from the US. However, scope bases cannot be shipped out of the country and they canceled my order. Any ideas on where I could order such a thing here in Canada?
