Where to buy a Remington mag

My brother in law has a Remington (model 581 I believe) that has a crappy plastic mag. Does anyone know where to get metal mags for this rifle?

The first one that crapped out on me I returned to Remington, and they sent me two new mags. I am not aware of any metal mags.

I have several 581/541 rifles that use that "crappy" plastic magazine, but have yet to have any trouble with any of them. There is no metal replacement available, FWIW. Regards, Eagleye.
