Where to buy a scope outside North America?

I am shopping for a scope and I find that some American online retailers have much better prices than Canadian retailers even when shipping, brokerage fees and taxes are taken into consideration.
Considering the American export restrictions on scope, does anyone know some online retailers outside North America with prices equivalent or better than those listed on American online retailers?

Places like www.opticsplanet.net and www.bhphotovideo.com in the USA have great prices on optics. Can anyone suggest an online retailer outside North America?

buy at home, support a Canadian retailer, if you look around there are some good deals to be had, not to mention you won't break any import/export laws etc

Where you are matters.
E-Bay is evil.
Shipping from off shore locations will negate any cost savings. In all likelihood, you'd have no warrantee or recourse should something happen to a new scope purchased elsewhere. You'll still pay GST/HST/PST too. Save yourself a lot of BS and buy locally.
