Where to buy a stag10 stripped lower

You won't be able to find one, just buy a combo and sell the upper or watch for one on the EE.

Arms East has said they won't be bringing in anything but the upper/lower combo. It looks like your only option is to do as griffin86 says and buy the combo and sell the upper.
