Where to buy a webley alecto(zoraki hp-01)

As you may know, right now Alecto air pistols seem to be as rare as hen's teeth. I don't know why, but they used to be easy to find just a couple of years ago. None seem to be available at dealers that used to sell them.

Yep, they're very hard to get these days. MrMarvin put one up for sale recently, and I grabbed it and sent him funds the second I saw it. Great pistols, just really hard to find. I've only seen one up for sale in the last year on the CAF.

I recently read on the Canadian Airgun Forum that there are no parts available for this gun. If I'm going to spend that kind of money on a gun I expect parts support. I seem to remember these guns have a history of valves cracking. I think ths was caused by over pumping, but still... The most recent thread mentioned that there are not even any pump cup seals available for it. This is a very expensive disposable gun at this point.
Get a Beeman P17.

If that's true...I wouldn't pony up that kind of cash for one.

I did find a thread where someone took one all apart and showed all of the seals and etc in the gun. These are not generic o-rings as found in the P17.
These are special parts made for the Alecto, and if no parts are available for it (sooner or later it's going to need seals) I'd give it a miss, especially at the price.

Does anyone know why they stopped producing Alectos under the Webley name?

The Croman 1322....cheap, easy to find, Made in USA, accurate, powerful, readily available parts, customisable, aftermarket goodies in abundance etc.

I was at a place a while ago and there was one of them there. Probably 20 different people tried it and all loved it.

If Zoraki wants to sell these pistols here, they should have a warranty/service centre in Canada with ample parts availability.

No parts at all, anywhere? Haha.

Edit:

Here are some parts. Strangely, note that many of the parts are used.

Webley Alecto / Zoraki HP 01 Air Pistol Full O Ring Seal Kit Ref AL1

In all the links I checked, I didn't see any of the pistons seals. Orings are not an issue, most people can figure something out when it comes to orings.

that`s too bad ,I just sold my Alecto on the EE two weeks ago, sold it in less than 5 minutes with a pile of PMs.Think I sold it for too cheap(200)

That pistol was very accurate and a charm to handle ,dropped a rabbit at 30 plus feet.Great air gun.I had no idea they were so hard to get.

I've had 2 over the last few years, .22 and .177. the .177 was the best 'pester' i've ever had, and i wish i had not sold it.
