I am looking to purchase some berdan primers for reloading 7.5x55 swiss. As silly as it seems, I heard this route is better for hand loads in comparison to using the prvi boxer primed brass. Oh and before someone points out buying GP11 is probably more economical, i prefer doing this to squeeze every last bit of accuracy out of the rifle.

I don't even know where to start looking...

Thanks in advance,

Ask your LGS - I just got Williams [out here east of Toronto] to order some in for me, their supplier is carrying them, so they should not be too difficult to find.

also - a quick google turns up this: http://www.budgetshootersupply.ca/frame.cfm?CatalogSearch=berdan&search1=Search [since williams is not an option for you out in Calgary ;) ]

cost from williams was not bad at all, $20 for 250 primers. just a few bucks less than double a boxer primer.

Budget shooter supply is where I get mine. I think I got his last 2 bricks a week or so ago, he may have a few 100 packs left. Good pricing at 5$ per 100, tula kv762n is what works in the gp11 brass, but be careful not to seat the primers too deep.
