Where to buy black powder?

I am interested in getting into BP rifles, but I cannot seem to locate anyone selling the powder. Where do you guys get it? :shotgun:

not all dealers carry it. wholesale sports claim it is a hazardous product and stay away from it even though they sell muzzle loaders. look up black powder rendezvous locations as traders always have some for sale. in my area a mountain man get together in monroe,wash erly march is a good source.

BP is also harder to ship due to its classification (Class 1 Explosive).
That is why I asked where ya live cause I know a shop in Sask that has some Goex FFG, FFFG and FFFFG plus BP substitutes.
 
I buy all of mine in the USA. There are no US export regs limiting black powder and the only Canadian Customs requirement is a limit of 8Kg's per trip which must be in 1 pound containers. This has all been covered here before. I found the cost prohibitive here in Canada for whatever reason. The last I purchased in the US was Goex @ $12.95 per pound and Swiss @ $19.95. Most of the time in the area I live in I cannot buy what I want when I want! Dave
