Where to buy cheap bullets???

I did the search and came up with nothing.

I know that with the lead/ metel prices going through the roof, there isnt any "cheap" projectiles, but is there any where that you guys know of that has cheaper stuff. Like under $20 per 100 for .311 or .312? Remington, Winchester, pulled, though preferably not once shot! I also need some .308 for lever action. Any good ideas? This is just for thowing it down range. Any help is much appreciated!

If you are talking lever guns buy the Lyman 311041 Mold, a RCBS Lubricator and make some Felix Lube (http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=543), track down some used wheelweights and you are good to go. Might also want to get Lyman's Castbook Handbok. Great reference manual.

I have been thinking of casting but I am not sure my Mosin Nagant will like going slow after going so fast!

Join the Cast Boolit forum. You work on it, there is a sticky there outlining loads for military cast boolits, and you will find your rifle will shoot as accurately or more so with cast than with jackets. Once hooked you won't go back to shooting J bullets.

If you want to try some cast before buying all the equipment, there is a guy from Garden Bay in BC who sells bulk cast bullets for cheap. I can't remember his company name right now. Try searching "cast bullets + garden bay" should come up.

Also, I believe Wholesale Sports has held the price constant on Excel lead bullets, but those may be just for pistol calibres, I'm not sure.
