So their barrels come threaded for chokes? What about sights?

No . That is extra

They don't come threaded for chokes, but have more thanenough meat to do so. They come with a front blade type sight

Do the Dlask 14.5" barrels require the forend to be reduced to fit? It seems to me I read something about that before.

Or are they drop in with stock Remington 870's?

i have a 12.5 dlask barrel and i had to thin the forend down to get it to fit . not a big deal in my opinion if it is going to be used on a specific gun . it came threaded for chokes but you have to order it that way .it resides on an old wingmaster and makes for a nice usable gun. a favourite of mine .
