where to buy Hex mosin?

I know I'll be getting some flak for this thread considering my name.
But I'm getting a friend into milsurp and want them to get a good Mosin to start with (no round receivers in my house)
It's been awhile since I last bought 1 and my source no longer seems to be in supply.
Does anyone know where I can find a decent hex mosin at non-extortionist price?
