do you guys order them from the states (any problems?) or buy lockaly?

what's the best place (cheap & good service) to buy Hogue pistol grips both in Canada and the US?

thanks

I ordered mine from the states with no problems. I think it was from a vendor on ebay, it was the cheapest I could find them. Do a search & look a few places, the price difference is not much..maybe a couple of dollars

'Was at R. Nichols yesterday pickin' up some stuff... They had a butt-end display of Hogue grips...
They're on Dixie Rd. North of the 401.

PM Willwagspal on here.He got me three sets of grips for 23 bucks each.

I don't know how his prices for Hogue grips compare, but I've boughten other items from Willwagspal before and he's great to deal with.

Do they actually have a retail location? Do you know the exact address?

Thanks, I always thought they were just a wholesaler. Do they sell firearms directly to the public?

You'd be better off elswhere.. they don't stock any FA's in their retail stores.
I bought a gun off them once, but that was years ago....
The lions share of their retail biz now looks to be uniform and duty gear...
Look at their web site and you'll see what they have for sale.

Try Ebay for the specific make and model, I found some for my SIG P220 for a bargin price. The retail side of R Nicholls is F.N. Sports. Once again before the "bashing" starts the customer service can be hit and miss.

I bought some Hogue seconds here on auction before at less than half price and couldn't find a problem with them or why they'd be seconds.
I'll post the website to them and hope it's still valid. Hopefully they can ship to you guys too. I sent a Dan Wesson barrel tool to a bud in northern Ontario once parcel post and it never made it although I never mentioned it being a firearm tool on the customs declaration, good luck.

If you want wood grips I agree with the Hogue Auction site, I got an awesome set of 1911 Kingwood grips that were seconds for a fraction of the regular price and like Brian45 said, I couldn't see what was wrong with mine either.
