Where to buy M 14 mags?

If you can find them of equal quality, cheaper anywhere else, send me a PM.

I find it funny that we enjoy relatively cheap M-14's and mags compared to the American market.

However, I'd gladly pay US prices for the mags if we could actually fill them.

:slap: Marstar is really the way to go. i don't know why you'd want to get them from anywhere else. but i do remember Wolverine having USGI ones for about $60.

All my Marstar mags have longer tangs spot welded to the bottom of the followers. Except one:

Warning: Check your mags when they arrive!

One 5/20 mag I got from Marstar was a full 20! It had a short (regular) tang, so I kept it disassembled until I welded on an extension. Now it's legal and doesn't have a stupid rivet.

Interesting.

I ordered three. They were all rivited. I found they were too tight, and I couldn't get a loaded five round mag to lock in with the bolt forward. I just disassembled them, drilled out the rivit, and lightly scalloped the bottom/back edge of the follower. They still won't take more than 5, but the few mm of extra travel lets them lock up perfectly.

When I got my last shipment of guns from them (hungry's fault don't get 1 get three and I'm easily led!)

I had 4 extra mags shipped... 3 were fine... One was so loose with 5 I could almost squeeze in the 6th round....So it now sports a 2nd rivet...

Always Always check your mags...
