Hey Guys,

I posted a WTB ad on the Equipment Exchange as I am looking to source a NOS/Unissued (Canadian marked) Enfield Sling for a No4. Still no responses to date. If any of you know of anywhere that is selling these, I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

If you can attend a militaria show I am sure you would be able to find a vendor with NOS slings for sale..........and lots of other stuff you suddenly realized you just have to have.

Trying to find a decent Canadian sling is hard enough. But a NOS sling. Well you can try e-bay, Joe Salter, or liberty tree collectors in the US (they had some decent Cdn marked slings, not new but Cdn).
What's your budget for a NOS sling?

Ebay or gunshows will be your best bet. I am sure Canadian marked unissued from WW2 are still out there, but no where near as common as they used to be.

Saw them on militarytour.com but I’m wary about a site that doesn’t list the condition of its (surplus) items. The example picture looks great, but I can only imagine they picked the best looking one to photograph. I’ve emailed them twice to confirm condition of their remaining stock, with no responses to date. And, when I called in, the lady who answered the phone just answered with “hello” (no indication it was a business until I asked if I had the right number) and she didn’t seem to know much about the ones they had in stock.

I bought a bunch of new ones tied together with string hanging on a nail from Crown Surplus thirty years ago for $2.00 ea
Then I found the Long Branch guns in exc/mint condition to go with them
