where to buy Picatinny Rail for Browning A-Bolt (long and short action)?

Looking for reputable dealer where I can purchase a Picatinny Rail for my 7mm-08 and 338 wm, both in A-Bolt (EGW or other high quality in matte or gloss)... Across the border in US everywhere has them, but won't ship... Here in Canada haven't found where they might be stocked.. Any help is appreciated... Thanks.
 
Sportsman's Den in Red Deer(around $100) and Near Manufacturing(around $150-180) both carry them. Near is more expensive but makes the highest quality products around.
 
Ken Farrell long action would cost you about $120. Ken's a great guy and outstanding to deal with. Richard Near, on the other hand, treated me like an inconvenience so he can eat a white dog turd, as far as I'm concerned.

That's strange, he did everything possible to accommodate me on a number of transactions, one time I even had a base and rings at my door overnight and I hadn't even paid him yet.
