Hello wondering where I can buy quality hard cast hunting bullets from for my 450 marlin. I know of MT chambers and Ben will continue to be my first choice, but he is currently shut down for the winter. I am looking for some 405 or 420gr as well as some 500gr+. How is bullet barn's quality? Who else is there? Thank you.

I always found Bullet Barn to be a bit expensive, which is why I don't order from them. I could even drop by Madeira Park on my way to Vancouver but it's still overpriced in my opinion.

You could try R&R bullets. He's in your neck of the woods.

The day this guy moved out of Hamilton was a sad day. Used to buy from him all the time.

Ben Hunchak here on CGN might be worth a PM if he isn't too busy also.

Good lead, thanks. The link does not work properly for me, it loads and then goes blank.

Ben is wintering in warmer climes (AZ, I think) and won't be casting anything until spring now. I got one of the last orders he sent out before he headed south.

Rick makes an excellent bullet. If it wasn't for the goddamn exorbitant shipping to MB I might still be buying instead of casting.

I just Binged "r&r bullets" and the page comes up first. It's his catalog in pdf format.

Hello Rick: We meet again to confirm the move to Maitland was a BIG mistake.
Just like Ted Dent said, and I speak from personal experience, Rick P is a good guy, makes a very good product and is just too freakin far away from me...

I just got some 38-55 in 255 grain from R&R Bullets.
Made to order in .380 cal. 100 bullets for 11 bucks plus shipping.:D
