Put a WTB ad in the exchange forums on this website. Many guys here have better stocks of individual things than most gun shops. Example: Quinte Sports in Belleville probably has one-fifth the bullet selection I have in my reloading hovel. Inventory costs money, and smaller shops no longer stock a lot of stuff - but they will order it for you!
