where to buy replacement Glock Barrel? (Now with pictures)

I've ordered 2 KKM barrels for my Glock 20 from Glockmeister with zero problems. They were quick and the price was, is good. The reason for the barrels is for way better support on nuclear 10mm handloads, and the second barrel allows me to shoot .40 S&W from my Glock 20.

Serial number does not need to match in Canada. The receiver is the registered part.

So your barrel's serial # is not your responsibility if it needs to be replaced for whatever reason and you discard it?

The only serial number that really matters is the one on the reciever, or in this case the frame of the glock. This is the only number that is registered on your firearms certificate. You can interchange any component of the upper that may or may not have a serial number on it and it is of no consequence. Of course there is always the exception of 12(6) firearms with regards to barrel length.

No problem with LoneWolf at all. Fast, well priced and very reasonable shipping. If its allowed to be shipped, they'll ship it to Canada.
Good Luck

just a stupid question, probably not worth it, I ordered already from LWD but just in case I can keep my hooped barrel, can it be salvaged? I'll take a picture of it.

Attached are some pictures. I can't get good images of the barrel, but looks like the rifiling is disrupted in the middle.

an FMJ bullet got lodged 1/2way up the barrel as a result of an improperly charged round. Anther round got chambered, fired. the resulting bullet on bullet impact caused a small bulge in the barrel.
Actually, the bulge was caused by air, as the pressure built up between the two bullets in the barrel and had no where to go.

To chime in with everyone else; the frame s/n is what matters and your Glock will not lose resale value with the replacement barrel.

Also note that the Bar Sto Glock barrel will have to be fitted, whereas the glock bbl will be drop in. (But there are benefits to fitting too)
