Thanks for the kind words! We stock both TPS, Warne (bases) and Farrell.

Farrel

If you want to go with Farrell I'd suggest ordering directly from Farrell, why pay for a middle man. Just order online and you'll get your stuff fast. Just tell him to ship it USPS not UPS. Great stuff.

A number of reasons including the retailer may have immediate stock!

So does Ken Farrell. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with middle men. I just don't like to see the middle man
jack prices because he has stuff immediately and the manufacturer has a 2 week wait. I guess if the customer wants to pay it, it's his choice. I've noticed though that a customer doesn't do all his homework and takes the middle man's word for things and it's not always the truth. Same goes for importing services from the US. This is not a service, it is free for everyone. Just have to send in paperwork that is available for free to everyone and send it to your exporter and voila. All you have to do is pay the exporter his cut, not the importers cut too that is a free service. I'm just tired of seeing people get ripped. I've had my share with the local dealers in my area. I'm not bashing your business, just making people aware. Have a good day. Thanks.

I can see you don't buy too much product. We'd like to think so, but the fact remains the mfg does production runs and may not have stock on hand so the retailers gererally offer a good buffer zone.

They offer a buffer zone all right, but not necessarily a good one. What your trying to say is if you don't want to wait a couple of weeks come and pay a jacked price and I'll let you have it right now? You know and I know that you yourself would not pay a middle man if you didn't have to. And please don't try to tell people how much product I purchase. You havn't got a clue. Thanks

Did someone piss in your cereal this morning? Based on your posts I have a much better understanding of you then you think.

BTW - I'm not trying to say anything of the kind but I you are entitled to your opinon.

Editing your posts to provide more detail after someone has responded to the nonsense............nice touch.

Why would you buy product out of the US direct when the prices that Joe charges are just as good once the product is landed here, besides, a scope base is a "Controlled Good" regulated by UD Department of State and requires an export permit and that takes a long time to get. Guys like Joe and ATR and the other specialty dealers already have the permits in place and even better, they usually have the product instock. These guys are great to deal with here and it is certainly not worth the wait for the little money if any that you think you are going to save.

Is there a permit here that they are telling you that they have in place? No. They have to apply for what they are bringing in just like any person dealer or not. I'm not just saying here say, I'm talking truth. They fill out, send in to gov., gov. sends back, they send to US dealer who exports, they send to their gov., their gov. sends back to them and they ship it. I find it very interesting that everyone has all of these products that they say can't come over without an import permit and they all come over just fine without and no law is being broke. They come over from the US suppliers in legit mail. I'm not here to bash anyones business, just to tell people to do their homework because things are not what we are being told. No one pissed in my cereal ### and I am in no way slandering you or your prices. Thanks.

you go ahead and try to order from TPS directly, wallbanger. People in the States are having a hard time getting their paws on TPS products, yet my rings got here in like 3-4 days.Oh, and they were mailed the same day i bought them... from ### thank you

wallanger... your an idiot, now with that off of my chest.....

an import/export permit is required by US Customs.... canada customs could care less, does US customs inspect outgoing Mail.... no, canada customs does so they are turning a blind eye to US Law in regard to import/export of gun parts.

any US company that ships gun parts to canada can and has been fined for doing so..... don;t believe me, email MIDWAY and ask them how much trouble they got in, while your at it ask them if they are done paying the FINE they got also.

If people want to break the law, fine whatever... I don't care, but for you to be on here calling an honest dealer who has jumped thru the hoops and is offering a legal product then your an idiot....... did I say it again .... your an idiot.

I have never ordered anything from ###, but I do have to say that their continued support of CGN and the canadian gun community at large says a lot more for them then anything you could ever say.

hell I need a new bipod, going to order one right now from them :)

This will be my last comment on the matter. For the matter of calling me names, if it makes you feel better. If I'm an idiot for telling people to do their homework, ok. I've had orders opened by US customs and they have all passed. It has their sticker on it that they have been opened and checked. All the things you guys have said can't come through have, and more. Everything I've said on here comes from my personal experience, not here say. Even importing stuff. I did not say one time that you didn't need any permits. I said you didn't need permits for all the things alot of you believe you need them for. I guess everything I've experienced in my life was in a dream. Must have been. I'm an idiot. My humblest apologies for angering anyone. I guess telling truths is not the way to go. I'm sorry people. Thanks.
