where to buy TPS rings and base?

I guess when it says opened by US customs that it's not really them who opens it. Maybe I dreamt that too. Man, what's real and what's not. Wish I knew.

It does not matter what was on the package, scopes, bases, rings and anything else scope related is a "Controlled Good" as described by the US Homeland Security, and requires an export permit from US Dept. of State. wallbanger must have differant relationship with US Customs that makes them open his packages as opposed to Canada Customs like the rest of us. Personally I would not take the chance and order said items out of the US, I would deal with honest stand up guys like Joe and ATR and, I would not want to loose my money, but hey, to each his own.

Just my observation, but you have no appologies to make, there is no fire to fuel, only one iggnorant idiot who does his own thing, thank goodness for that.

You did not fuel my fire so apologies not needed ###. I repeatedly said I wasn't attacking you but a couple of people attacked me and that's ok. When things turn to name calling, well, you know. It's just not called for. They have an opinion and I'm not attacking that because I also have one. I just think when someone talks from experience and some people pretty much called him a liar that just shows what type of character they have. I have nothing against you or your business. Never had. I guess the long and short of all of this is we all have jobs, we have them because we need to make a living to survive. Some chose to run small / large buisnesses, some of these are supply type companies which provide the end use / consumer with products they wish to have / need.

If we all screwed the middle man, this would put a rather large dent in the economy, (which already has a dent or two on it)! People need to get their head turned around and support local!! Why would you feed your cash direct to someone in another country. They get their cut for supplying to the Canadian retailer. If it costs you a buck or two more to get it here, more over if you get it in Canada from someone who, (almost always), has the product on the shelf why not. The extra $10 you saved by trying to go direct helps the guy up here pay the rent.

If we all jumped the middle man, there will not be anyone in Canada to supply the stuff when you need / want it.

Remeber the middle man you cut you today may have the part you need tomorrow, if he's still got his doors open.

Support these guys, its a tough go running a small buisness in Canada, believe me, I use to run one myself.

Hands down Joe at ### for Customer Service....I've bought from them in the past and will do so in the Future, very good service and in Fact I am in the process of Buying a Set of TPS rings and bases from them right now:)

it there a change that you work for P&D, I was just wonder because I know a guy work there whom got the Same Beautiful H&S in 300 win mag, I am jelous of you rifle dude, I am waiting for whole sale, they are getting 25 of them in a few week, I can't wait!
