Also fair enough. I keep forgetting that anyone can say anything on the internet with zero personal responsibility or repercussion. Maybe my standards are unreasonable but I make it a personal policy not to trash-talk anyone behind their backs, on-line or otherwise. I don't say anything about anyone that I wouldn't say to their face. Why? Because I wouldn't want it done to me and because it is a lousy, hurtful and non-productive way of dealing with problems. As well, for credibility's sake I generally try to support a posted opinion with experience, empirical evidence or at least some frame of reference from which the reader can gain a sense of context.
In any case; if you have or had a problem with any Aim product, please just give them a call at the shop. They will fix it and then some.
Lecture mode and thread hijack over, sorry.
