where to find 7.62x54r heavy ball

Ya I was hoping for something similar to Privi 182gr, but cheap surplus, to test the limits of the bajillion metre sight on my 91/30. Isn't there a "sniper" variant ammo?
 
There is sniper ammo(7n1 and 7n14) but that is non existent in Canada even in the us they only got some by fluke. I personally don't think it matters what ammo you use if your shooting at 300+ meter if your using iron sights. Regular light ball surplus will more then exeed your needs especially since most if not all of it has a boat tail and has atleast a supersonic range of 800m.
