Where to find a .22 tube speed loader in Canada?

Ive done a quick scour of the interwebs but am coming up short on finding one I dont have to import from US
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
 
easy enough to make one on the cheap if your a hands on kinda guy, a bit of tubing and a meathod to plug one end with a removable cap on the other..........

I bought a couple of old golf clubs at garage sale for a $1, and used the shafts (chome) cut to the right length. If I remember right each shaft made 3 loaders, and a couple of old foam ear plugs for the ends of each loader. Then used black tape on one of the ends so it would not come out.
