Where to find a 308 carbine buffer spring

Hey there, I've been looking for a 308 carbine action spring here in canada.

I got a 308 carbine buffer but only have a m4 carbine spring and I read conflicting reports on if that is acceptable or not. I'm also running a adjustable gas block if it makes any difference.

I would prefer to not order from the states if i don't need too.

Any suggestions on where to get one up here?
