Where to find a Different P226 elevation adjustable sight

I have a Sig Elite Dark with an elevation adjustable rear sight. It is so low mounted that the pin the sight rotates on is in 2 parts. I know they have mixed reviews, but this one works well and so does the one on a buddy's P226 22.

Does anyone know where to find any of these as aftermarket parts? We want to try one out on one of the many P320's we have at the range as they all hit way high at 25 meters.

I have a set of LPA adjustable sights on my P226 that work great. Also had a P320 previously and swapped in a set of Dawson sights on there to fix the same problem you've mentioned.
