Seen different prices all over. Have a 1911 45 and was looking for cheap/quality ammo. ( yes I know cheap and quality don't go together) has anyone tried Wolf 45 acp and is it any good. Heard different reviews looking for some helpful insight.
I find cheap 45 falling from my reloading press all the time!
But to answer your questions I've shot lots of wolf ammo across several calibers and it works great, some of it is just a bit dirty. But not as dirty as Norinco from what I read of it.
I recently picked up 1000 rounds of wolf .45 from ammo supply. It seems to shoot alright and haven't had a failure with it yet. Norinco ammo on the other hand has giving me more than my fair share of clicks instead of bangs.
Have tried the Tula on its own, I noticed the said it is currently trying it with flock, sig and m1911, should I wait for them or is this just an old update by them.
Norinco is cheap ammo, I find it reliable but not accurate. Wolf ammo is fine if you have to buy it, I would rather shoot Wolf than Norinco. Reloading gives you both cheap and quality at the same time. $15/box for high quality performance ammo(XTP, etc), $8/box for quality plated range ammo or $4/box for cast lead plinking ammo.
