I want this:

http://www.cabelas.com/prod-1/0044122216337a.shtml

Problem is, Cabela's won't ship to Canada (they say our gov't won't allow it). Does anyone know of any vendors in Canada that sell this kit? I have found the classic turret press for sale on its own, but this will be my first reloading setup and I am not entirely sure what other bits and pieces I need to get to start. Ie will any auto-disk powder measure work on the press, as well as the Safety Prime?

I emailed the guy at Higginson Powders, he has the basic turret press kit but not the Classic one. He suggested that I get the Breech Lock Challenger Kit, but I really like the idea of the turret (do each round from start to finish, which is great when it comes to organization for me).

I'd buy each piece individually but I don't want to get stuck with something I can't use. If I can't find the Kit in Canada I may make a list of part numbers to buy individually for some kind soul here to look at and ensure I have everything I need

I purchased a dillon xl650 direct from Dillon Precision and it was not a problem so I think Cabelas just doesn't want the hassle. Presses are not on the hit list as far as I know.

WS, SIR and Le Baron don't have it as a kit :( WS has the press on it's own, but no kit.

Does Lee sell anything directly?

Cabela's has an outstanding reputation for shipping to Canada - I've done business with them and I was very satisfied. There's no reason a press can't be shipped here.

The Lee site does not show that they produce this kit at all. Maybe it's something Cabella put together in their spare time. Keep bothering SIR, as they may get it in, as they have been bought by Cabella.

You can order reloading presses and parts for export out of the US.

Any reason why you want a "Classic" over the deluxe? my deluxe turret works fine.

If not in stock, Higginsons will order it for you special order or if you don't mind waiting, on their next stock order.

I want the Classic because it's bigger and I'll be doing some long rifle rounds.

I contacted Sue Kempf, and she was very nice. Problem is, shipping is killer because of the weight ($50) and that nearly negates the savings of the kit. I may just buy everything in bits and pieces from Higginson and WS.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I appreciate it :D

ever since our dollar has started doing well, I have not been able to get Cabela's to ship to here. And these were for items they have shipped to me previously. I never called to ask why.

I got my lee kit from Gunnar at Armco. For replacement parts I have always ordered directly from Lee Precision. The label them 'machine parts' on the duty stickies...
