I got the Lyman T-Mag II from Russell Sports here in Calgary. It looked to me to be a bit more solid than the Lee turrets.
With respect to the reloading process, you'll find it is much easier to do all the cartridges at each step along the way. Resize/deprime all, then clean/chamfer all, then prime all (put the primers away when you're done!), load powder and seat bullets.
