Where to find forward assist plug/blank?

Hi everyone. Does anyone know where I can get a forward assist plug? In 20 years of competing with ARs, I've never used the forward assist and I'd like to blank it off so my finger doesn't hit it when I rack the bolt with my Raptor charging handle. Thanks.

Brownells.....or look at getting a slick side upper to swap everything over to.

A disk grinder and some bondo will fix that up easy

Or just buy an upper without one.... That way the whole thing is gone...
